This workshop, organized by the National Council for Human Rights in collaboration with the National AIDS Program, UNAIDS and the Global Fund is part of the implementation of the NSP 2012-2016 which aims to reduce the barriers related to gender and human rights in term of access to HIV services. It will allow taking stock of the situation, discussing and validating the intervention areas of the national strategy on human rights and HIV. It will also allow identifying the key actions of the strategy as well as the partners involved in its implementation and defining strategy coordination, monitoring and evaluation modalities.
