Launch of a Bio-Behavioral Health Survey among migrants in Rabat, Rabat, Morocco

This bio-behavioral study will be conducted by the Ministry of Health and UNAIDS, in collaboration with two national NGOs, among 600 Sub-Saharan migrants in an irregular administrative situation in Rabat. It aims to have better knowledge on various health components of these populations (HIV, sexual and reproductive health, tuberculosis and malaria) as well as their access to prevention and care. This strategic information will guide and strengthen prevention, care and support programs for vulnerable migrant population in line with the objectives of the AIDS National Strategic Plan (2012 - 2016).
